Those are the only things running in my house. But as much as I hate running, I do feel a little "left out" that I'm the only one not doing it. If I still had my treadmill, I'd probably try :-) Oh well.
I haven't been exercising much, but that's normally how I roll when I'm losing weight. I start out with getting my eating habits fixed first. I've lost 14 pounds so far, and once in awhile I hop on the stationary bike for about a half hour. I've really been relaxed with my eating the past few days. I haven't been bad, but it hasn't been as strict as it was for the first 2 weeks. There was a lot of temptation with my dad being here. He always buys us yummy food. So now that that's gone, it'll be much easier.
I have a lot of things to overcome. Not just food, but addictions, emotions, attachments and behaviors that I've depended on all my life. Through Bible study and lots of prayer I've been learning, listening, and diving in and just DOING. Knowing God is with me makes it all the more easier, and I know He wants this for me.
